Team Building Classes

We are excited to offer group training for you and your co-workers, friends, or family! These 60 minute classes are led by a certified Westside Coach and incorporate strength training, functional training, and conditioning. Whether you have never stepped foot in a gym or have been training for years, we can accommodate to all fitness levels in your group.

How it Works

 

Step 1:

Book a weekly 60 minute time slot. Available times upon request. Please email us!

Step 2:

Invite your Group! Ask your co-workers, friends, or family to join the class (Max 12 people)

Step 3:

Tell us your group goals and priorities so we can program the workouts for your group.

Step 4:

$25 per person for groups of 4-6 people. $20 per person for groups of 7-12 people. We accept visa and mastercard.
