How Personal Training Flows
Consult
Once you have completed the free consult and if you decide to get started with a Westside Coach, you will then book your first paid session with us. This 60 minute session includes the ASSESSMENT and us digging deeper into your personal WHY for training, as well as us understanding more about your lifestyle and nutritional habits. Assessment
In the ASSESSMENT we test your body composition, how your body moves, structural balance, and your conditioning. Once the assessment is completed your coach then designs a program based on the assessment results and your personal goals. You will also be emailed your results and analysis of the body composition testing and the times you set up weekly to meet with your coach for training.
Training
Let the fun begin! Your coach will take you through your program designed specifically for YOU! They will continue to keep you and themselves accountable weekly by re-testing certain movements, body composition, following up on nutritional and lifestyle habits, and more. Each session is 60 minutes long and you can book as many sessions as you like weekly.
