Why you Should Start an Online Individual Design Program Now

Right now we are all going through a challenging time with social distancing and one of the things that can contribute to us staying strong, grounded, focused and happy is our fitness. More so, having an Individual Program Design that focuses specifically on your needs and goals can continue to motivate you to stay healthy daily and thrive. And that can be done from home with limited equipment as well.

I am known, as are all my clients:), for needing a routine. A way to organize my day, my week, my life! I have dreams and goals and having a way to ensure that I can make these all happen is based around my individual program design. Looking good is nice, but FEELING great allows me to be able to connect deeper in all areas of my life which is key for me. When I FEEL great I am better at my passion which is coaching. When I feel my best it allows me to have better connections with my friends, family, and clients. And when I feel healthy it allows me thrive , be happy, and to experience my life fully! Even at this time of social distancing.

Here our some benefits of having a Coach who does an Individual Program Design for you:

Someone is holding you accountable: As a coach I check in daily and weekly by using the True Coach app. I upload your individual program design on here and in turn it emails you daily and weekly with your individual program design. The app requires you to record your numbers, times so as to show you have completed your training session and it enables me to view and assess your training daily as we go along. You also have unlimited email access to me on here.

  2. 23 more hours in a day to stay healthy. When you come to a class or personal training session you only get that hour to work on your fitness with a Coach. But there are 23 more hours of your day which contributes to your overall health! Sleep, eating, stress management, etc, these are all the things we discuss and program in for you so you can be your best self all day long.

  3. A Program specifically designed to your GOALS and NEEDS. Is your goal to look good naked, do well in a competition, have a more positive relationship with yourself, have better connections with family and friends, or just to stay healthy? Whatever your goals and needs are, your program is designed for YOU. Each time you train each movement has a PURPOSE, each workout and discussion on your lifestyle is moving you TOWARDS your specific goals.

So how does it all work?

  1. Consult: this is key because this is where we find out what is important to you! The WHYS and the WHATS. This allows me to understand you and what you need for a purposeful program. This can be booked at anytime and is anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Email us.

  2. Assessment: This is key in how I program. If you want that first pull-up, or to lose that last 3% body fat, or move better, then assessing your body is essential. Yes this can be done at home with limited equipment at this time. There are many things we can do now and work on now until you get back to the gym or to your usual training place (office gym, home, or fitness facility).

  3. Program: After we understand what you need (consult) and figure out how your body moves (assessment), and what available equipment and training space you have at this time, then I am able to design a program specifically for you. Each exercise is moving you closer to your goals.

  4. Monthly Consult: this is key in us continuing to move you forward. The program evolves with you monthly and yearly. This is where we chat via face-time or in person to ensure we are on the right track, that we are still moving towards your needs and goals at this time, that if your goals and priorities have changed your programming also adjust and changes with you. We also continue to chat about the other 23 hours of your day you are not training and this includes sleep, recovery, nutrition, etc. These other hours of the day our just as important as your workouts.

  5. True Coach Online App: This is the app where you will get your daily and weekly workouts with demo exercises videos etc. In addition, you have daily access to me if you have questions about those other 23 hours of your day. The program flows daily with you, if you have an elbow injury from playing baseball yesterday, then you email me here, and I adjust your workout so you can still train daily.
